Portable Filtration Booth Models
For over 25 years our Portable Air Filtration booths have increased Safety through cleaner air quality in Industries across America, while simultaneously increasing production with its versatility and mobility! Booth Models are our System Models with the added benefit of an enclosure system. This enclosure provides a walled work area to contain particulate and odor as well as allowing for the mounting of optional accessories.
BUILT WITH SAFETY AS A TOP PRIORITY
Standard curtains are 20 mil thick, fire resistant, and grommeted every 12" for easy attachment to the track system or replacing, if necessary. Welding Curtains are also fire resistant and grommeted with UV blocking curtains around the sides to keep flash from welders contained in the work area.
CUSTOMIZE FOR WHAT YOU NEED TO FILTER FAST
The filter racks (Intake & Exhaust) on all our booth models are both fully adjustable to a max depth of 4-3/8”. This gives you the freedom to stack combinations of filters to tailor the filtration to be at maximum efficiency even if you switch projects or move onto the next stage of production. No need to waste time swapping product to a whole new area, simply swap out to the appropriate filters and keep productivity flowing!
With 3 Pre-made filter sets that have been tested for efficiency with our equipment, you don't have figure out what filters will work best for your needs. Our standard set has been formulated to cover a wide range of particulate and odors, meant to be as versatile as our equipment! The inclusion of our standard set with a Booth Model qualifies that Model for a signed EPA 6H certificate of compliancy. Specific filtration needs are addressed with our other 2 sets, meeting needs for hot or extra fine particulate.
AIR CLEANING POWER FOR EVERY SIZE APPLICATION
Choosing the model best equipped for your needs begins by picking from one of our two sizes of Hazardous Location Fans. These fans have been tested rigorously by our staff to ensure a quality product straight out of the crate. The fans been wired to be explosion proof and capable of plugging into a standard 115V outlet for added safety and convenience. (Other wiring setups are available upon request)
· 4900 Series models are designed with a ¾ HP fan
· 5400 Series models are designed with a 1 ½ HP fan and have Extended Height Options available to increase the size of your work area for more applications.

TOO BIG??
Our vertically hooded design helps keep airflow directed for recirculation and further filtration. However, if the height of our unit is too tall for your location we have the perfect Model for you!
Check out our rear venting, Model # 4900MT. Pop-up tent included to give you a contained work area, no hood to setup, and mobility couldn't be any easier! Same great 3/4 HP fan as our 4900 Series models with adjustable filter racks to provide the same customization for your filters as well.
