Our Model # 4900MT is our most Portable, Hood-less On-Sit model! Designed to be taken onto a job site rather than parked on a shop floor. Easy to load up on a flat trailer or in an enclosed trailer, setting up in about 15 mins including the pop up and walls. Unlike our Booth and System Models airflow is not recirculated, but instead vents to the rear, outside of the walled area through custom windows in the back wall. When sold with our Standard Filter set this Model qualifies for a signed Certificate of EPA 6H Compliancy!

- A UL listed ¾ HP, hazardous location, direct drive motor/fan assembly with controls wired through a sealed explosion-proof setup. This type of assembly will save time and provide more power than a cheaper belt driven type. No adjusting belts or loss of power from friction loss along pulleys. More air movement, more filtration capability.
- Features a backward curved, non-overloading (non-sparking) aluminum fan wheel constructed with hollow airfoil blades, and an aluminum inlet cone.
- Fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to provide higher airflow performance at less horsepower, and with minimum air noise. This design allows for more efficient airflow utilizing less horsepower.
- Ready to receive 115v power from a 15 amp outlet with a 30’ cord. Additional power options are available to meet your needs.
PORTABILITY WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY
Your new On-Site Booth comes with an easy-to-use Pop-Up canopy with 3 walls. The back walls have 2 windows that snugly fit around the exhaust vents. The frame of the pop-up is made of Aircraft grade Aluminum and the walls are manufactured to be Fire, Water, Mildew and UV Resistant to ensure your new product lasts!
Heavier Duty 6” casters (Lockable on one end) are installed to allow for easy rolling on rougher surfaces and to aid in loading and unloading into transport. The same great standard features that our full-size Models have including adjustable filter racks (Max Depth 4 3/8”) that will accommodate multiple combinations of 20"x20" filters, Magnehelic Gauge to monitor filter life, and a Negative air pressure environment to work efficiently in.
